The AIM Institute is a not-for-profit organization created by a consortium of business, education and government entities to support and promote business growth related to information technology.

The mission of the AIM Institute is to provide information technology leadership to the greater Nebraska community by focusing, coordinating and synergizing the resources of our educational, governmental and private business partners.

The AIM Institute focuses on emerging technologies and serves, as a catalyst for facilitating the changes and improvements necessary to meet the information technology needs of Nebraska businesses and their employees.

The AIM Institute has also created and maintains Careerlink.com and the Whohasjobs.com network of nationwide online recruiting services.
