Our Candidates
Our candidates have the experience and expertise you are looking for. We make sure of it. Each of our candidates is interviewed and screened by a trained Placement Coordinator who is knowledgeable in the applicant’s field, and able to effectively assess the candidate’s strengths. Our candidates go through a thorough screening and testing process, as well as a review of all safety policies and procedures associated with the particular type of work for which they are qualified. All candidates are reference checked, ensuring that you meet with only quality individuals.
Permanent Career Placements
Direct placement offers you the option to directly hire the candidate and place them immediately on your company’s payroll. You choose from the pre-screened, employment referenced and qualified applicants we refer to you for interview.
Temporary to Permanent Replacements
We hire the applicant onto our payroll for a specified and predetermined period of time, usually ninety working days. This allows you the benefit of getting to know the person before an offer to hire is extended.

Let our inhouse accountant alleviate the additional work from your administrative staff. We offer customized payrolling programs with benefit packages to fit the individual needs of your office staff. We can design a payrolling package to serve your specifc situation. This can be as simple as merely cutting checks and giving you client reports to pay your own taxes, or as complex as handling all of the details for payment of taxes, carrying the Worker’s Compensation and Health Insurance, preparing quarterly reports 941’s and year-end W-2’s.
